HOA DUES ARE NOW PAST DUE!!!

  Liens will be filed against the homeowner's property Monday July 6th.

If a lien is filed against your property you will be charged for HOA Dues, Late Fees, Filing Fees & Attorney Fees 

Please take them to a board member by Sunday July 5th to avoid additional charges.

Returned check fees will be charged back to the homeowner

Hours of operation are     7am-11pm. 

Please remember to sign in and out upon entering and exiting the pool area.

Please Note!!!

It is against our HOA governing rules to park cars on the grass. Also, cars cannot be parked in the street overnight.

 We have been having a major problem with this lately and have received a large number of complaints.  Please be considerate and park in your driveway.  If you live close to the pool you can use the parking lot if necessary.

Please be aware that fines will be levied for breaking the covenants and By-laws of our HOA.
